Refund Policy
LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 2026
1. Before payment
The feasibility check is free. If your brief is judged infeasible, you are not charged at all — the Service bears that cost by design.
2. After payment
Payment is collected only after a feasibility check has cleared your brief, so work begins immediately on payment. Once the edit has begun, the fee is non-refundable except as below.
3. Caveated deliveries
Every job that clears payment is completed and delivered — the Service does not hold your job pending a review decision. Where the Service’s quality gate identifies a risk, gap, or passage needing your attention, you receive a complete, professionally edited deliverable with those specific passages clearly flagged and explained, together with guidance on resolving them or commissioning a fresh pass. A caveated delivery is not a partial or incomplete one, and is not, on its own, grounds for a refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for a confirmed technical failure on the Service’s part — non-delivery of a completed edit, or a corrupted or unreadable output file. Refunds are not issued for the editorial judgment reflected in the edit itself, including flagged passages in a caveated delivery: every paid job is guaranteed a complete, professional deliverable, but the edit represents professional judgment, not a negotiable outcome.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
Amounts captured without a corresponding job (failed order linkage, duplicate capture) are refunded in full to the original payment method once reconciled with Razorpay.
6. How to raise a refund
Write to the billing email shown on your invoice with your job ID. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
