1. What we collect

To run a job: your email address, your brief (purpose, format, word target, notes), and your manuscript. If you create an account: your name (optional) and a password hash, or your Google identity. Payment is handled by Razorpay; we receive transaction identifiers, not card details.

2. How it is used

Your manuscript is processed solely to perform the commissioned edit, including AI processing on Google Cloud (Vertex AI) infrastructure. Your email is used for receipts, delivery, and job correspondence — no marketing without separate consent.

3. Retention

Manuscripts and edited outputs are kept only for the active job plus the delivery-access window (7 days for guest jobs; longer for account-linked jobs), then removed. Invoices and transaction records are retained as required by Indian tax law.

4. Where data lives

The Service runs on Google Cloud Platform. Transactional email is sent via Resend. Payments run on Razorpay. Each processor handles data under its own published terms.

5. Your choices

You may request deletion of your account and any retained job data by writing to the billing email on your invoice. Statutory records (invoices) are retained as law requires.
